About Wright City Estates

Self-Storage Facility

We lease all of our self-storage units on a month-to-month basis.   The self-storage facility is accessible 24/7 and located in the heart of Wright City, right off the Highway 40 interstate.   


Sizes include 5x10, 10x10 and 10x15 units.  We also have 3 large contractor bays for rental featuring ~1200 sq ft each. 


Mobile Home Park

Our mobile home park features 16-pads in a private community surrounded by mature trees.  Each pad includes city water, sewer and electric.   All residents at Wright City Estates also receive a complimentary 10x5 storage unit as a part of their lease.
